Appraiser’s field staff are out driving for a final review of the properties for the 2010 value. Vehicles are clearly marked with McPherson County emblems on the doors and field staff wear badges for identification. Do not hesitate to call if you have concerns.
In order to verify information on sales that occur in the county, buyers, sellers, and at times agents are called by our staff. Questions asked will be mainly about the sale, such as how marketed, conditions of the sale agreement, and condition of property at the time of sale.
