Noxious Weed Department

The McPherson County Noxious Weed Department is charged
with the enforcement of the Kansas Noxious Weed Law within the county. The weed department is responsible for the
control of noxious weeds on all county roads and contracts with KDOT,
railroad companies and other agencies to provide various treatment services. The county weed department also provides a
variety of services to assist landowners and tenants in the control of
noxious weeds, including providing chemical at a cost-share price.
