Resolution 85-47 established the position of County Administrator on October 28, 1985 and Resolution 88-13 established the position of Financial Manager on September 1, 1988. In 1992 the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) combined the two positions. The County Administrator/Financial Manager is under the supervision of the BOCC and is responsible for coordination of county policies, annual budget, fixed asset accounting, general ledger, investment of idle funds, annual audit -Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR).
