2014 Field Inspection

The real estate field staff will be performing the 2014 field inspections in the following areas starting in May. 
The City of Marquette
The townships of: Union, Bonaville, Gysum Creek, Harper, South Sharps Creek, and New Gottland.  
McPherson City : North Main area, South Main area, Sycamore area

If you purchase or sell a watercraft, you must notify our office of this change on or before  Dec. 20th  to receive proration of value and taxes.

The Appraiser’s Office is responsible for the appraisal of all residential and commercial real estate, personal property, and oil and gas in the county. This office also provides GIS mapping services for the public as well as county, city, state and federal offices.

Sales: In order to verify information on sales that occur in the county, buyers, sellers, and agents are called by our staff. Questions about the sale will include how marketed, conditions of the sale agreement, and condition of property at the time of sale. Additional questions will be asked about the property and a field inspection will follow by appraisal field staff. We thank you for your cooperation.
